Taichi Erskine is a Film and TV Editor based in Los Angeles, CA.

Taichi was born in Tokyo, Japan and moved to Los Angeles with his family when he was three years-old. He began his career as an assistant editor in the ad agency world and eventually worked his way up to the Lead Editor position at Modus Operandi, a boutique ad agency in Hollywood. During this time, Taichi was also editing sketch comedy, most notably the pilot for Damon Wayans’ Showtime series “The Underground.”

Currently, Taichi is working in scripted television. He most recently completed three episodes of the upcoming Apple TV+ dark comedy/thriller series “Sunny,” scheduled to premiere in early 2024. He is a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild and is represented by Eastern Talent Agency.
